Reflection: I agree with Peter Vidmar's quote. I believe we shouldn't give up our biggest dreams for a small time of enjoyment or satisfaction. We should hold on to our biggest dreams and fulfill them when we have the opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities: A clinical manager's responsibilities are to make sure their facility is operating it's highest potential by overseeing clinical activities and
daily operations of a healthcare facility.
Salary: The annual median salary for a Clinical Manager is: $73,000
Education: In order to become a clinical manager you must first:
Reflection: I would consider becoming a clinical manager because the career does not seem overwhelming and complicated. I would also think about becoming a clinical manager because it involves being inside the medicine areas and making sure everything is under control.

- Course work in a relevant 4-year bachelor's degree program
- Master's degree is optional
