                                                        March 2, 2015

Duties and Responsibilities: What a Health Educator does is teach others about healthy behaviors, things that can affect your health, and things that can improve your health. Health educators also also inform about the different diseases in the world, their symptoms, and how you can prevent from getting the disease.

Salary: The median annual wage for health educators is $48,790.

Education: The requirements for becoming a health educator are:

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Master's Degree
  3. Must have attended graduate programs
  4. Internship (optional)

Reflection: I would consider becoming a Health Educator because I believe it is important to focus on our health and to know how to prevent  taking action in things that harm. In addition, I would also like to think about becoming a health educator because I believe more people should know about how to prevent diseases and how to stop some daily routine actions that are secretly damaging their health.
