Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibility of a medical corps officer is to be checking up on the soldiers' health and make sure they are healthy and suitable for duty.
Salary: The monthly salary of a medical corps officer depends on his service and rank. The estimated pay is from $100-$1,000 per month.
Education: The requirements to become a medical corps officer are:
- Graduated from a American Medical Association
- have a license to practice medicine in the United States
- Must be from 21 to 42 years of age
- Be a United States Citizen
- Must meet the moral and medical standards
Reflection: I would not like to be a medical corps officer because I do not want to have a job that has to do with the military or army. However, the job seems fair because the medical corps officers heals wounds and are like nurses in the military. I would not like to be a medical corps officer because I would have to travel to other countries.
